With an impressive span of 30 years of devoted service within the realm of human services and the nonprofit sector, Bobby stands uniquely poised to contribute meaningfully to our organization. His rich professional trajectory is defined by ascending roles of responsibility, underscoring his unwavering dedication to excellence and leadership. His expertise has finely honed proficiencies in recruitment, training, supervision, State Certification, behavior management and evaluation. His active participation in cross-functional committees and collaborative work groups further underscores his commitment to fostering inter-departmental cooperation and adept problem-solving. Notably, he holds a Master’s degree in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University and Master’s degree ln Humanities from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Delhi University in India. A testament to his commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Binod Swar, Residential Director

With over 16 years of dedicated experience within the human service field, Binod has devoted his career to working with agencies that cater to adults facing intellectual and developmental disabilities. His fervent commitment lies in effecting positive transformations in the lives of others. Binod’s unwavering conviction in the potency of a secure and nurturing environment as a catalyst for personal growth and learning is deeply ingrained.

Katie Noyes, RN  ( Full Time Nurse Trainer) 

Katie is  a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, having worked in a variety of settings that range from direct patient care to leadership roles. For more than two years, I have worked as role of Nurse Trainer, drawing on my diverse nursing background to provide comprehensive, practical education to Home Care Providers and Direct Support Personnel. My varied experience has equipped me with a unique perspective on healthcare delivery, and I’m dedicated to sharing that knowledge to support the growth of those I train. 

Nicole Downing, RN, BSN, Nurse Trainer 

Nicole is a Registered Nurse with a strong background in both direct patient care and healthcare education. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Saint Anselm College in 2018 and began her career at Concord Hospital on a busy medical/surgical floor specializing in post-operative orthopedic and neurosurgical care, while also managing a wide range of medical cases — including during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Nicole spent several summers as a camp nurse at Camp YJ in Amherst, NH and has taught clinical for nursing students at both Saint Anselm College and NHTI, guiding sophomores, juniors, and seniors through med/surg and long-term care rotations. Since 2021, Nicole has worked as a Nurse Trainer at The Moore Center, where she provides medication administration training to Home Care Providers and Direct Support Professionals working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). She also serves as a Nurse Trainer for Sunshine Community Care, where she brings a passion for compassionate, high-quality care and a deep commitment to empowering caregivers through education and support. 

Vedika Sijapati, Program Manager

Vedika brings extensive experience in the human services field, having served in both leadership and direct support capacities. She is deeply committed to enhancing the quality of care for individuals with developmental disabilities and fostering meaningful opportunities for community inclusion. Known for her professionalism, compassion, and strategic approach, Vedika strives to create supportive, person-centered environments that empower both clients and care teams to reach their fullest potential.

Julie Andrukaitis, Program Manager

Julie has over a decade of experience in healthcare, working in various settings, with the last three years focused on human services. She is deeply passionate about helping the individuals she serves and making a positive impact on their lives. Recently, Julie earned her Master’s in Business Administration, equipping her with valuable leadership and problem-solving skills, all while maintaining a strong focus on providing the best care and support for those she works with.

Brenda Estrabrook, Supervision and Training Assistant

Brenda has 37 years experience in Human Service Organization as Certification Specialist and Program Manager. She is well versed in State Certification process and residential program management.
